We have now done our 3rd major renovation with Modern Touch, and again just the best in indianapolis. A significant renovation to the main level with flooring, drywall, backspash, plumbing, baseboards, and major updates to the basement. Beyond phenomenal customer service, transparency, and quality that is unmatched (March 2026) Modern Touch Contracting went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations when visualizing this project. We used Modern Touch in May of 2021 on a full bathroom renovation and we realized that the quality of their product and service was second to none. We went ahead in choosing them without hesitation on our upstairs/attic master bedroom renovation. The outcome of this project was more than what we ever would have expected. Miguel and Adam both took time in the months preceding to understand what our goals and desires were for upstairs, as well as being conscious of our budget. The customer service that modern touch provides is outstanding. They never make assumptions on detail oriented work, they never rush through meticulous detail, and they always ensure that we are satisfied with the job done. It's easy for us to say that Modern Touch has earned lifelong customers! Thank you to Miguel, Adam, Darius, and the rest of the incredible team on making our home even better, and we can't wait for the next project! (March 2023)

Our experience with this general contractor was excellent from start to finish. They were organized, dependable, and attentive to our needs. The quality of work was impressive, and they completed the project right on schedule. Communication was clear and consistent throughout. We’re very satisfied and would confidently recommend their services to others.

Hands down one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did they do an amazing job finishing our basement, they were also communicative, flexible and just overall a great group of guys! We plan to finish our backyard at some point and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Their courtesy, kindness and attention to detail is what separates them from others. Thank you to everyone at Modern Touch for helping my family with our renovation!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathroom reno by modern touch! Their communication was great through the whole process, and more than that, we appreciated their transparency. They were very detailed and thorough and provided great recommendations. They were thrown a couple curve balls (aka finding a cast iron tub 🤯) and handled everything great. We definitely recommend modern touch and will be using them in the future when the opportunity arrives. Thanks Miguel and team!

From start to fininsh Modern Touch Contracting tranformed and old out dated single sink master bathroom to a beautifully crafted dual sink bathroom and walk-in shower. Their proposal was clear and concise with a detailed breakdown explaining every step of the construction process.Their team was on the job every day, always polite and freindly. I strongly recommend the MTC team for any of your future remomodeling. A special nod to Ben, your expertise was greatly apprciated. You have earned our future business.
