We have now done our 3rd major renovation with Modern Touch, and again just the best in indianapolis. A significant renovation to the main level with flooring, drywall, backspash, plumbing, baseboards, and major updates to the basement. Beyond phenomenal customer service, transparency, and quality that is unmatched (March 2026) Modern Touch Contracting went ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations when visualizing this project. We used Modern Touch in May of 2021 on a full bathroom renovation and we realized that the quality of their product and service was second to none. We went ahead in choosing them without hesitation on our upstairs/attic master bedroom renovation. The outcome of this project was more than what we ever would have expected. Miguel and Adam both took time in the months preceding to understand what our goals and desires were for upstairs, as well as being conscious of our budget. The customer service that modern touch provides is outstanding. They never make assumptions on detail oriented work, they never rush through meticulous detail, and they always ensure that we are satisfied with the job done. It's easy for us to say that Modern Touch has earned lifelong customers! Hands down one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did they do an amazing job finishing our basement, they were also communicative, flexible and just overall a great group of guys!
