The Vision
The homeowner wanted to give both the master bathroom and powder room a fresh, updated look that better reflected her personal style. While both bathrooms were functional, the outdated fixtures, tile, and vanities were ready for a makeover. The goal was to create two beautiful, modern spaces with improved storage, coordinating finishes, and a brighter, more inviting atmosphere.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting transformed both bathrooms with updated fixtures, stylish finishes, and practical improvements. In the master bathroom, the existing tub and shower combination and old tile were removed and replaced with new materials selected by the homeowner. A built-in shower niche provides convenient storage, while coordinating hardware, including towel racks and a toilet paper holder, creates a cohesive, polished look.
Both bathrooms received new vanities featuring additional drawers and cabinets for improved organization and storage. Updated lighting fixtures, new toilets, and fresh paint completed the renovations, brightening each space and giving the bathrooms a clean, refreshed appearance.
