The homeowners wanted to turn their unfinished Greenwood basement into additional living space the entire family could enjoy. The Solution

A dedicated home gym gives the homeowners a convenient place to work out, while the kids have their own playroom. The area beneath the stairs was also transformed into a special children’s play space, putting an otherwise underused part of the basement to good use.
A new full bathroom adds convenience to the lower level, while durable LVP flooring provides an attractive, easy-to-maintain surface throughout the finished areas. LED lighting was installed to brighten the basement and create a more welcoming environment for everyday use.
