The Vision
A couple who owned a 100-year-old home in historic Broad Ripple reached out to Modern Touch Contracting to convert their attic space into a nursery for their new baby. They envisioned a space with a full bathroom, nursery, and sitting room/ playroom.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting converted the couple’s attic into a complete living space. A bedroom was created along with a full bathroom which included a shower with vertical subway tile, marble hexagon tile flooring, a stylish vanity sink, and a farmhouse door. Additionally, a closet for the bedroom was created, and carpet was laid, along with a recarpeted staircase to the new nursery.
