The Vision
The homeowners of this beautiful home in Rocky Ripple (near Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana) wanted to redo their kitchen and add a fresh modern look with more countertop space, additional lighting, and new flooring. They additionally wanted to expand the kitchen flooring into their half bathroom next to the kitchen. Lastly, the homeowners wanted to install new flooring in the basement, retile the tub and install new flooring in the basement full-sized bathroom to give their home a complete updated look.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting worked with the client on their goals and installed a stylish Merola tile metro hex white with black dot tile. new gray cabinets, new countertops, and additional lighting in the kitchen. MTC also continued the tile into the half bathroom next to the kitchen to create a uniform and consistent look in the house.
In addition to the kitchen, MTC also removed the lament stick tile in the basement and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring to give the flooring a durable and wood-like finish.
Lastly, MTC removed the old tile and flooring in the basement bathroom and installed new tile flooring and tub tiles.
