The Vision
The homeowners of this newer home in Brownsburg, Indiana wanted to replace the flooring from a gray plank flooring to a more natural wood throughout the home. Additionally, they wanted to tear out the master bedroom to make the living room larger and add a sunroom. The homeowner also had a list of other items they wanted done throughout the home such as replacing the kitchen cabinets, painting, and add drywall in the garage.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting worked with the client on their goals for removing the walls in the master bedroom and bumping out the home to build a sunroom. Modern Touch Contracting additionally replaced the kitchen cabinets, painted the interior of the home, replaced the gray plank flooring and installing a maple colored flooring throughout the home, installed a fireplace, and installed drywall in the garage.
