The Vision
The Downtown Indianapolis, Indiana homeowner wanted to wanted to tear down the garage and 2 story porch. They additionaly wanted to have slightly bigger garage rebuilt with a party deck with access from the inside and outside.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting worked with the client on their goals for the project by removing the old garage and 2 story porch. We installed a new garage that was able to support the weight of a rooftop party deck. We installed a unique spiral staircase that complimented the client’s tastes. We additionally installed Trex Select Composite Decking Board with wood railings. On the 2 story porch we installed a privacy wall to separate him from his nearby neighbors.
