The Vision
The homeowners of this beautiful home in Fishers, Indiana (Northeast of Indianapolis) wanted to expand their living space and finish their basement. They wanted to provide extra play space for their young children and their toys. They also wanted to prepare the basement for the future and set it up to be an easy transition to a man cave when the children were older and no longer need the space to play with toys.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting met the client’s current needs of creating an open play space, upgrading the stairs, creating a half bathroom and installing luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. The LVP flooring provides a realistic wood and stone look to mimic the texture of real wood. It’s a water-resistant and low-maintenance, cost-effective material that is perfect for a playspace and will last for many years to come.
