The Vision
What began as a water damage insurance claim quickly became an opportunity to reimagine the home’s interior. After a burst water supply pipe damaged the master bathroom and flooring, the initial plan focused on repairs, including replacing drywall, repairing tile in the laundry room and master bathroom, and installing new plank flooring throughout the home. After meeting with designers, however, the homeowners decided to take the project a step further by creating updated bathrooms and cohesive new flooring that would enhance both the beauty and value of their home.
The Solution
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed throughout the home, providing a durable, attractive foundation that complements every room. Both the master and guest bathrooms received complete remodels featuring carefully selected tile with unique patterns and a coordinated color palette. A striking turquoise accent strip was incorporated into each bathroom, extending around the walls in a 48-inch surround to create a distinctive custom design.
The bathrooms were further enhanced with new countertops, sinks, modern plumbing fixtures, and upgraded mirrors with built-in LED lighting, giving each space a brighter, more contemporary feel. Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create bathrooms that are both functional and visually stunning while tying seamlessly into the home’s updated flooring.
