The Vision
The homeowners in the North Central area wanted to refresh their master bathroom and create a more relaxing, spa-inspired space. Their goal was to remove the outdated bathtub and replace it with a spacious, modern shower that offered both comfort and style. They also wanted updated flooring that would flow seamlessly from the bedroom into the bathroom, along with improved storage in the nearby closet to make the space more functional for everyday use.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting helped bring this vision to life with a full master bathroom update. The existing tub was removed and replaced with a large spa-like shower featuring updated hardware, a rain-style shower head, and a convenient handheld shower wand. Inside the shower, an extra-long niche and a corner shelf were added to provide plenty of space for toiletries while maintaining a clean, modern look.
New luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed, extending from the bedroom into the bathroom to create a cohesive design throughout the space. The small closet was also redesigned with custom pull-out shelves, making it easier to access and organize everyday items.
