The Kitchen Vision and Solution
Modern Touch Contracting helped transform an old 80’s style townhome condo kitchen into a modern and lighter-colored one. The original kitchen had dark wood with a bulkhead above the cabinetry. The old cabinetry created a very closed and tight kitchen space. We installed lighter color, natural wood-finished cabinets to give the kitchen more depth. In addition, we got rid of the bulkhead space and used linear cabinets from the ceiling to the ground floor which further helps give small spaces a bigger look. Lastly, the island is an earthy forest green tone complimenting the black tiles and giving an extra pop to the cabinetry and the light quartz countertop.
