The Vision
When our client in Fortville, Indiana, wanted to expand their garage, they had a unique goal in mind—creating the ultimate golf simulator space. Not only did they need additional square footage, but they also wanted a stylish and functional entertainment area. The design had to blend seamlessly with the existing home while incorporating modern finishes and high-quality materials.
The Solution
To bring this vision to life, we extended the garage and raised the roof to accommodate the height needed for the golf simulator. The ceiling was finished with car-siding, adding warmth and character to the space. For a sleek and polished look, the floor was coated with epoxy, providing durability and a glossy finish.
To enhance the entertainment experience, we installed granite countertops and a wet bar, making it the perfect spot for gatherings. A Tri-Fold window was added, giving the space a unique architectural touch while improving ventilation and natural light. Finally, the garage door was painted to maintain the modern aesthetic throughout the project.
