This Meridian Hills client wanted to create an open play area for their baby, who would soon become an active toddler and child. The client desired a clean and sterile basement with carpet. They wanted the carpet to support the baby. In addition, they also wanted a guest bedroom and full bathroom for visitors because of their new addition.
The Solution
Modern Touch Contracting was able to meet the client’s wish lists by creating just that. They constructed an open-space basement with a guest bedroom and a full bathroom. MTC also constructed an egress window to ensure all safety measures were implemented.
