The Vision
The homeowners wanted to transform their unfinished basement into a comfortable, multi-purpose space perfect for entertaining guests and everyday living. Their goal was to create a well-designed extension of their home that included essential amenities and felt just as inviting as the main level.
The Solution
To bring their vision to life, we completed a full basement finish that included a brand-new bathroom, a spacious living area, a kitchenette, and a dedicated storage closet. The living room area now has direct access to the backyard through a patio door, making it a perfect spot for indoor-outdoor entertaining.
We installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the basement for durability and a clean, modern look. Custom shelving was added in both the living room and bathroom for smart, stylish storage. LED lighting was used throughout the space to create a bright, energy-efficient environment.
