The Vision
In the Warren Park area on Indianapolis’ far east side, the homeowners were ready to make better use of their existing square footage. They envisioned a more spacious and open living room—one that felt brighter, had a modern flow, and better suited their everyday lifestyle. To achieve this, they looked to repurpose two little-used spaces: a coat closet and a bedroom closet that were limiting the living area’s potential.
The Solution
To bring their vision to life, our team needed to execute a strategic support wall removal. By removing the coat closet near the original living room and the closet from an unused bedroom, we opened up the space and redefined the floor plan. Structural integrity was critical, so we installed proper support beams to carry the load where the original walls had been.
To complete the transformation, we replaced the old carpet in both the bedroom and living room with stylish new LVP flooring—adding durability, warmth, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
